First aid management within the company
The issues concerning the management of First Aid within companies are traceable in Article 45 of Legislative Decree 81/08 which indicates the provisions concerning the training of employees of the emergency team. The first aid defines "the set of acts that non-medical personnel can put into place pending the arrival of more qualified personnel", the main objective is to ensure that a properly trained staff is present at the workplace. ready to provide first qualified assistance to victims of injury or illness. An adequate preparation of first aid workers allows to prevent and significantly reduce the occurrence of harmful events.
