Already in the course of 2014 our company has adopted its own code of ethics and its own model of organization, management and Control (MOG), that is the set of rules and organizational procedures aimed at preventing the commission of offences according to D. Lgs 231/ 2001. A training activity has been carried out on all employees aimed at ensuring the knowledge of the obligations deriving from the decree. The results of the recent online verification test on the general aspects of regulation 231 were more than satisfactory with a 91% participation rate and a quality response of 90%.
They will follow in brief meetings in the classroom aimed at divulging in greater detail the implementation of the model as well as tests carried out during the daily work activity.
